Yes esp if you are the apple of the eye of the "hacker". There are hundreds of ways to open your account.
Before proceeding, may I know if you share computers with family members or friends. If you use "remember my password" chances are, there is no needed to hack you... and your password can be seen by other users.

Second, I know that there is a program used in hacking password. Refrain from putting your bday and location at your profile, for it may be used in retrieving your password.

If you often visit internet cafe or any other computer and open your email, you are more prone to be a victim of programs like keylogger.

I suggest that you change your password more often, at least when you have the chance to use your personal computer. Try using different combination of letters and numbers both upper and lower case.

For a good password that is easy to remember for you but hard to guess for the others, you can try using this technique.

My brown & chubby pet cat Sarah is 4 years old.
Your password may be... Mb&cpcSi4yo

Try to construct sentence and use the beginning or ending letter as your password.
