Thumbs up Indicating compatible version with which OS

Hi. I really appreciate what this site does and I'd like to suggest adding indication of software version compatibility with different OS versions.

For example, I am running Mac OS 9.2 and would like to download an older Opera browser that would run on this version of OS. I downloaded Opera versions 7 and 8, but found out they require the newer OS X. It was through trial and error that I finally discovered that the last version compatible with OS 9 is Opera version 6.03. If this information can be posted alongside the version numbers, it will help users to go to the appropriate versions more quickly . Thank you.

    Sincerely,

    I agree. That's a good idea.
