GIMP links are broken above 2.4.0

As the owner/operator of a tech group, I've not only used the site before, I've also recommended it to numerous members when they were looking for specialty apps, but wanted to avoid bloat associated with newer versions. I think it's great that you provide folks with the ability to download older versions of these apps.

I was just browsing and thought I'd try out GIMP for myself, but I discovered that all of the most recent links are broken from 2.4.5 all the way down to 2.4.1. 2.4.0 seems to work (I didn't allow it to actually download since I avoid x.0 releases as a habit) and I haven't tried any of the links to versions prior to that.

Again, thank you folks for all you do and keep growing the site.
