That i cannot answer. I just became a moderator. I usually help other here in the forum without asking for anything in return then *poof* one day i noticed I'm a moderator.

Actually becoming a moderator (for me) requires being an active member of this forum for days, weeks and even years. I think you should be able to determine which post is right and wrong or if they are posted in their respective section. You should be able to determine which section a post must be, so you can move it there and you should be able to determine if an answer is a spam or not. Aside from that, I agree to slavezero, that only the admin can decide whether he wants to make you a moderator here. Anyways, keep trying and always be active. Who knows, maybe the time for you to become a moderator is just around the corner.
