Free or free trial

Hello everyone:

I am very glad to have stumbled onto this great service. I have longed to be able to locate old software that worked great, only to be replaced (by my own bad judgement) with bloated and laborious upgrades.

My question (not complaint) is whether or not software that offers a free trial is considered to be free software. For example, I have downloaded image capturing software with a trial which worked as advertised, but in doing so, placed a logo on the finished work. I do understand why, but that trial would be of no use to me.

If I get great results from software, I will definately purchase the software. In the meantime, my work should wave my banner, not those of others.

Some software makers put a limit on using their sharewares which were given for free trial (Giving for free trial DOESNOT make it a freeware, but a shareware) by many methods....
1. Time limit of using (14 days, 1 month etc.)
2. Number of use (25 or 50 times etc.)
3. Inserting a Logo of the company
4. Limit on size of file (max. 1 MB or so)
5. Restricting some features
6. Restricting the duration of media files (1 min. playback)

etc. etc.

Of-course, spoiling your valuable image by inserting a Logo on every finished work is the worst among them.

Mostly this free trial version of freeware are good to use, but you have to understand that you are using a free trial, but if you wanted to use the applications, then you can buy it in the web market or any store that provide such freeware you use.
Sometimes its uses good to us but sometimes you identify that if your buy a license much more you know about it. For example: additional plug-ins or addons.

a shareware is just a like a demo app just to see what features it has and when you buy the product online you need not to install new software but just put the purchased code or key and register it to remove all the limitations
