    Smile I'm new

    Hi...i'm new 2 dis...ordinarily i dont do stuff lyk dis bt i nid hlp with my sys..................i run windows xp version 2002 sp3...bt my windows is nt genuine n bcos of dis i cant upgrade 2 windows media player 11.0 n also wen i upgraded 2 d newest version of itunes my album art work wont com up...pls how do i fix dis problem?

    You can also try to read How to determine application compatibility with Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2
