Question Help me to create a small data-base

I want to create a small data-base of 50 students.
I want to use MS Access for this (or anything else if you suggest)
On the first field (Field-I): I like to put/select the class/grade of the student (from 1st to 10th in form of a drop-down menu)
On the second field (Field-II): I like to put/select the house of the student in which he belongs to (Red, Green Yellow, Blue) in form of a drop-down menu.
On the third field (Field-III): I like to put/select the name of the student (again in form of a drop-down menu).
the final output will be one page report on the performance of that student (which I'm preparing in .pdf file format).
After selecting appropriate value/name in these three fields and clicking a "GO" button, one shall be able to see the performance report of that student in a single page .pdf file opened before him.

Any Idea, How to prepare the entire thing?

    Thanks in advance!!!

    • On the Create & Update or Index tabs of your Web Hosting Control Panel, click the "MySQL Database" link.
    • Select the "Create User Name and Password Now" link.
    • Before you set up your MySQL database, you must read and agree to the software license. Click "I Agree to These Terms."
    • Enter a database administrator user name and password. Note: Choose a user name carefully, as you will not be able to change it later. Be sure to make a note of your user name and password; you'll need this information when you set up a tool that uses your database.
    • Click "Submit."
