Since reconfiguring my hard drive last week and downloading Windows IE7 (which was on
here before) I get this Error Message.

Thank you iGO , I read the forum and hunted out the problem.
I have NTL Broadband Medic on here and the file i needed was in there.
I renamed it as the forum suggested and the error is not appearing now.
