I am lost!

I am on a Mac using OS X 10.4.11. I am trying to download Internet Explorer 5.2.3. I keep getting an error message,invalid checksum image,disk images failed to mount. Does anyone know what the problem is?

I am on a Mac using OS X 10.4.11. I am trying to download Internet Explorer 5.2.3. I keep getting an error message,invalid checksum image,disk images failed to mount. Does anyone know what the problem is?

IE 5.2.3 would not work on the 10.4.11 try downloading firefox and then ie addons on to it.
