itunes help pleasee

so my dvd player wont work because the new version stops the dvd player working for some reason

ive tried to follow what people are saying on here by deleting the new version and downloading the old version, then i get a message saying the itunes libary cannot be read because a newer version created it

again i tried to read the instructions but they where too complicated for me to follow again so ive just done a full reboot of my laptop everything was deleted and it still says the same stupid message!!

ive never been able to burn my cds to my ipod on my laptop and ive had it for 4 years please help

its soo annoying when you have to download youu cds you have bought from stupid lime wire!
