Downlaod Firefox 1.5 from here that should do it: http://mac.oldapps.com/firefox.php
I had to reinstall my software on my G4. I only have the disc's for os x 10.0.4, so I only have explorer. I have a few things I wanted to download but I wanted to get firefox first. I have tried to download it from here but I when I do the screen just goes to a bunch of codes and nothing downloads.
Is there anything I can do?

I have a an old mac notebook, runs off mac os x version 10.2
have tried to download firefox 2.0 from the provided links & just get a page of program speak. then it just stops downloading
does anyone know how we download browsers without this happening or any more links or wht is wrong with my computer?
( currnetly using internet explorer v 5.2).
I can only get so far before the system just stops downloading & i'm left with a page of program speak ( sometimes it downloads 17.0 of the 17.1 MB required & then freezes). How do I get it to finish downloading - is it something in the internet explorer program that stops it?
any help would be grately appreciatd
Thanks
