(hp, m8100n, vista, sp2, 4.5gb ram)
i have two recovery disc, the second one won't go through, no error messages, it starts at 60% then completes to next screen which goes up to 18% then stop. no complete after hours of waiting. it will boot "only" with the first recovery disc into safe mode but the options(in safe mode) won't go through. (hp, m8100n , vista, sp2 ) i wanted to do a recovery because i was getting blue and the black screen says repair or start normal which takes me back to the same black screen or sometimes blue screen. i can't get to the recovery manager and my f 11 key gives the message "disk boot failure insert system disk and press enter" i insert the first system recovery disk and the second when prompted to which then takes me back to the same problem. what can i do now to complete the recovery? is there a boot disc that i could use or something.
