Help with my G4 Mac OSX 10.3.9

some of my programs including help viewer will not open. Can anyone tell me why or what is missing so that they will open. Or how to check the programs and computer on a Mac.

Yar, dunno what this has to do with OldApps
but me too- I've had this problem for too long.
I've gone back to the Install disks,
tried both Disk Repair and Archive & Install a few times, no change.
I also suspect software update is out.
Shouldn't the iTunes app be updating monthly?
It's not.

Also Safari no longer downloads from my install disks.
Yet there is no indication of file corruption or disk slime

Now throughout numerous forums
I see there are a few of us having
what appear to be related issues with basic Apps.
I think I'd feel better supported if I was using OS 9

I don't have any disks to try and reinstall. I'm trying to get copies off of bitcomet on my pc. Having a little trouble there too.
