Do you want to delete the history of sites you visited but doesn't know how? It is very easy that once you knew it you can do it all over again.
I'll show you how to delete history.

A. Deleting History

1.Open an internet explorer.

2. In the Menu bar click tools. You can also use Alt + T

3. Click Internet option.

4. Under the General Tab, you can see History. It will give you a choice on how many days you want to keep your history. It's you choice if you want to set it to 1 up to 20 days.

5. On the right side of the choices there's a tab that says "Clear history".

6. Click and and you're done. All history is now deleted.


B. For preventing download and other people from downloading something in your PC, here's how.


1. Follow the 1st, 2nd and 3rd step in Deleting history.

2. Select the security tab.

3. You can see there "Security level for this zone" which has two choices of tabs. One is Custom level and the second is Default level.

4. Click on Custom level.

5. A Window will appear with choices. Scroll it down until you see "Download".

6. Under download you can see Automatic prompting for file downloads. It should be disabled. Next is File download which is normally enabled.

7. Now if you want to prevent other users from downloading something, under the file download (which i underlined) select disable. This will turn off the downloading option of your computer.

8. You can enble it back when you want to download something.
