Downgrading mozilla firefox

Downgrading Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or Above to Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or Older Than 2.0

To downgrade, you will need to remove the existing version of Firefox and install the Firefox 2.0. The instructions will walk you through both sets of steps.

Step 1:

Click Start. Then, click Control Panel.


Step 2:

Double-click Add or Remove Programs.

Step 3:
Once the list is generated, click Mozilla Firefox. It will now be highlighted in blue. Then, click the Remove button.
Step 4:

The Mozilla Firefox Uninstall window will appear. Click the Next button.

Step 5:

Click the Uninstall button.

Step 6:

Click the Finish button.

Step 7:

Download Firefox 2.0 from our webpage but if you want to download an older version you can visit oldapps.com. Save it to a location where you can locate it, such as your desktop. Then, double-click on its icon.

Step 8:

If you receive a security warning, click the Run button.

Step 9:

Click the Next button.

Step 10:

Click the Next button.

Step 11:

Click the Next button.

Step 12:

Click the Next button.

Step 13:

Click the Finish button.
