Yes, there is. If you have a PC and does a little sharing of it to your friends, try to be more careful on what they are doing, they might know how to create such a virus like this.
This virus is called the "SHUTDOWN VIRUS".
How does it work? Well, when you click an icon containing the virus, it will show a window like the one below and will automatically shuts down your computer and/or restart it.
How to remove it, just delete the icon (anyway it's just a shortcut icon, so there's no need to fear) that you just click that caused your computer to restart.

Re: Self made Virus You can also create a simple batch program that will automatically delete all files on a machine, and this type of program are undetectable by any antivirus. I will not post the code here because other people especially younger one's might try it at homeit's very dangerous and can really cause some real damage.
