How to fix iPod touch when it freezes
If this Happened to you iPod, these are the things you need to do:
***Holding power buttong will only allow you to use slider to shutdown while holding power + home button will force the iPod to shutdown/reboot.
- Try to reset it using your computer. Plug it into your computer and reset.
- Hold power button for 10 seconds or more.
- If above steps doesn't help, then hold both power button and home button at the same time for 10 seconds or more until it shuts down.
