limewire sharing indicator

I have an older version of limewire ( 2003/2004) runnning on an imac with 0s9 Im a bit confused on the information provided in the lower left corner of the window. It reads "sharing 0 files" Does this mean my shared folder is private or shared? Or could it mean my shared folder is accessible, its just that nobody is downloading a file for me?
