Default Installed drivers the manual way.

I don’t like installers: leave garbage of logs and programs that i’ll never use (like Realtek manager, just waste memory and an icon in the taskbar). The only drivers I used with an installer were the sound (you MUST use the installer) and the chipset.

Before you install drivers on your system, see to it that check the exact version of your device, like example (sound). This procedure is difficult when you don't get the exact version to get your devices working properly.
All you have to do first is use any Diagnostic Freeware to make sure you install the driver properly.

There is no spoon in the round broken table.
