    Default Visual Designer By CoffeeCup

Hey guys a few months ago I went and downloaded a trial version of CoffeeCup's Visual Site Designer. Among the features that I noticed was the ability to take any URL from any website on the web, paste it into VSD and have the page appear. One of the great things was being able to then drag and drop or copy items or edit text. I'm not sure whether I had downloaded it from coffeecup or not. Perhaps it's an older verison. But, the new one I just PAID for does not have this feature on it. Customer service tries to play me off and tell me it's on there HTML editor program not Visual Designer and I must be mistaken. First off... the icons for HTML editor and Visual Designer are completely different and I didn't have a copy of HTML Editor on my computer just the Visual Site Designer. I dont know if they are just not informed or if it's an older version. I really want that version and hoped someone could remember and possibly had it. When I went to install the new version of VSD it made me remove all old files so it's not like I could try to do some detective work here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
