Older version of Cinema 4D

Looking for Maxon's Cinema 4D version 9 + for a Mac.

Have been handed a project built in 9.6 but if I open it in 10.1 (latest version) it cannot be taken back to 9.6 for the file's originator to finish.
Both machines are Mac... don't know if Windows versions will handle it.

Thanks for checking. If you run across an even earlier version for Mac that might work... I am bombing out completely.
