Use VLC Player.

i dont want player.
i want software which can resize file size
eg. if 3gp file size is 3.0 mb then software can reduce to under 2.5 mb something.

That is something called compressing a video file. There is no real solution for what you are asking but I am sure if you Google around, I'm sure you will find something useful
