old music match 10.0 user

Five years ago, I purchased a Dell music jukebox. It came with Music Match. I paid for a lifetime upgrade to Music Match 10.0. Then they sold to Yahoo. When I try to download the application to my PC, I get invalid user. I have the key but cannot download the program.
Are there any suggestions? Should I contact Yahoo? They purchased the company in 2004 and this still is not resolved.

I experienced the same problem(s) and was asked by Yahoo to send more money which they would Credit Back, to validate and reinstate my ownership. They did this, then... Now!!! They sold all right, but not the distribution list to Real Audio (Rhapsody). It get worse from here. Real want even more money... I believe they want something like 100.00 for something sight unseen. Musicmatch is / was a Flagship in Jukebox Manulipation / Handling. I mean, I supplied PIN Ser.No.'s etc... And Musicmatch took care of things... Call Yahoo, Hmmmm, Call Real Audio and they put you on hold for 30 minutes (minium). They don't like / have (the operator told me) e-mail for customers...

I don't know, if either of these companies were mine, I would have fired the phone people and hired all new!
