LF Key for Starbase Starteam Virtualteam server

I'm looking for a key for a Starteam Virtualteam server, version 4.0 (build 4.00.451)
I've been contracted to recover source code from a crashed Starteam server. The boot drive crashed but the database and sw install were stored on a separate drive. I have the application (server and worksation) up and running but I have no access to the database content. Unfortunately the client could only supply a workstation key for this build. They have keys for previous builds but they are of no use.
I contacted Borland who bought out Starbase but they no longer support this build and can not help.
I took the boot drive to be fixed/recovered (heads had crashed) by a specialist but he was unable to find the suitable hard drive needed to fix it.
