As for this version of micosoft you are looking, the best way to have one is to buy it. As what slavezero have said, torrent sites will give you a free download but we cannot assure the cleanliness and if it is virus free. Might as well follow the advice of iGo.

As far i know Microsoft Office 2003 is not available for all. If some one wants to use that then he have to purchase that. But there are other way to get Microsoft Office 2003 for free! If your friend give you that as free one.
If you have rapid share account then you can get that free!
