Default Looking For Best Fit With I-mac G3 - 05-14-2009

I have An old Imac G3 from 2001, It was running 10.4.9

I would Like to run Skype (No video)
I ned to call out only, Adium, Web surfing, I-defrag (For other apple computers ) Torrent downloading, M$ Office(04\08) , Iwork (08\09) and Also some light file sharing,

The specs are

Os
Os 9.2.2
OSx 10.4.11 (Istalling at the moment)

Prosser Speed
500Hm
Ram
Over 300Mb
24X Cd Burrner
Hdd
160 Gb only 127 (shows Up)

Do you think thats good to do all of that and what are good versons of skype and adium, and also what are the good web brouses for like youtube\facebook,? Thanks I would like to keep this pice of history alive, (Its my family's first computer)

The specs looks a bit disturbing but computer performance is not always based on the computer alone but also on how the computer is handled by the user. For me, honestly this specs should work out just fine and for the version of web browser...........i suggest you use older version of Firefox, this should do the trick.
