I'm sure you are also using Windows 2000 and you encounter error in installing a certain software right? It requires you to update to SP4 and Update Rollup 1. But the MAIN PROBLEM IS -- Microsoft is no longer providing the Update Rollup 1. We have the same problem I did installed the SP4 from Microsoft it has no error but the UR1 is no longer available now.

Lets wait and see who among the members has a copy of the installer, I will be able to instruct you on what to do.

Windows2000-SP4_Roll-Up1 Update.zip
Enter this address on address bar of your browser, let the page open completely (usually takes 30 secs.). Scroll down and click on the "Download file now" button at the middle of the page.
Download the zip file and extract it on your hard disk.

So simple, isn't it?
