Tuneup utility is a good software for solving that problem . I hope you are not aware about the power of this software. Try to install that then restart your computer. Then when the program is installed then open it. There you will find a Program manager where you will see which program you are running here. Then just remove your necessary program which you do want to delete.![]()

This is what you're going to do:
1. Download the internet explorer you need (old or new version)
2. Do not uninstall internet explorer for it will delete a file at random and it's very sad if the deleted file at random is important.
3. Just install the web browser you have just downloaded and if it provides an option where you can delete or uninstall your previous browser then go for it but if it doens't then just continue installing.
4. The lastly restart your computer for the system registry to detect the new browser.
IF YOU WANT YOUR WEB PAGE TO SET TO YAHOO AS SOON AS YOU CLICK THE INTERNET EXPLORER ICON HERE'S WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO

I highly recommend YourUninstaller It comes with a free trial but of course the paid version has more features.
If you want a free uninstaller try Revo Uninstaller
Those uninstaller can clear all the installed files and folders including the registry entries.
