    It's a web browser by AT&T, it was in open beta testing when AT&T canceled the project. They then shutdown the official website (which means you can't download it from there). See Wikipedia for more details.

    It was discontinued a little while ago - they stopped working on it. Therefore it's not available on the AT&T website anymore, Vishal. (Used to be at http://www.pogobrowser.com, but that site has been taken down.) I tested it in the limited beta, but have since uninstalled it from my laptop and have therefore lost the installer file. I'll have a look around to see if I can find the files online.
