Unfortunately, the link given by help_desk let us to download one zero kb size file which was supposed to be an English to English dictionary. The target file doesnot work.
The link provided by roipatrick only leads to downloading Babylon 8 version, which is compatible to only Win XP and later.
I am looking for a suitable version of Babylon (shareware or freeware) for translating English to Hindi (an Indian official language) compatible to Win98 and Win2000. Hope any of you can help.

Clicking the above download link let me to download the file named as "Babylon8_setup.exe". When I tried to install it, it says "Babylon can be installed on Windows XP and above.
Babylon is not compatible with windows 95/98/ME or Windows NT 4.0/2000. The setup will now abort ".
So, I have double-checked it and the result is the same.
