Old Version of MMJ and Upgrade key

Hi. My name is Christian and I have been without my Music Match Jukebox for a long time. The version I originally had was 4.0 and I purchased the upgrade key for $29.99 "to unlock the full power of MUSICMATCH Jukebox Plus!" I downloaded the older version and tried to enter my original upgrade key but it said it was invalid. How do I get the valid upgrade key or do I even need that for the older version?

I am not sure why its invalid if you purchase it. Anyway, I think the best thing you can do is go to the website where you bought the upgrade, then try to see if its compatible with the one you have downloaded.
