yahoo blocked that trick to make Y!Numbed ID long time back its been more then 1.5 years.
noone can make new numbered id in yahoo anymore.
you have to crack them.

that was possible years ago.
with the help of Yahoo Mobile Go! web demo. people was able to make number id's.
but not in now days yahoo have patched it.
and cracking is guessing game you have to guess password.
search on google for strong password list. and try one by one on id.!
