Looking for Safari 3.0 compatibility resolution

Software Name: Safari (browser)
Software Version: 3.0 and up to but not including 5.0
Size: 10-20 MB

It states this is a Windows Vista release but can I use it on a Mac using Sys 10.3.9 with a 450 MHz G3 Processor? Apple states that 5.0 is their latest release for Macs. but here it again states you need Windows, etc.
