I did some research on issue and the forum has a link for CCleaner that would be compatible for your Operating System. Please follow on the link http://www.oldapps.com/ccleaner.php?old_ccleaner=6131 and there are a few versions there that might find your interest as well.

Hi cjame0966, Registry cleaner for Windows Me, is so hard to find these days, It's like finding a needle in a haystack. But there are alternatives to that. Try this one CleanMyPC its compatible with Windows Me. Check this out :
