Incredimail Addon for Microsoft Outlook 2002

I am looking for the Incredimail Addon for Microsoft Outlook (not Outlook Express). Incredimail doesn't offer it anymore. I have the regular Incredimail program and it's fine. The addon enables the ability to use Incredimail within the Outlook program. It was working perfectly on my computers even without their support, then something happened??? I have incredimail files all over my computer now trying to get it to work again. It opens up Outlook, but there is no toolbar there. I think the version is 2, 5, 0, 1431, but not sure.

Have you received any info on this? I am having the same problem. Had the add on which was working fine. Now I have only parts of incredimail that is functioning. I tried updating incredimail, but it never completes the installation, and I now have icons all over my desk top to complete the installation. Would be interested to know if you have figured this out or if someone has sent you info.

The Outlook Add On was only made for Outlook 2000 and Outlook XP.

I have just come across this site in searching for where to download the Incredimail addon for Outlook and notice that Incredimail don't do this anymore!

I do have a copy of the installation file somewhere on my other pc and will have a look later to see what version & build it is if you still need a copy?

Have you tried disabling the addon-on and then re-enabling it again?

Sometimes this has worked for me, otherwise it's a .dll file that has got corrupt and needs to be re copied. ( i maybe able to help you locate this file if you need any help)

I have had to do this a few times when the toolbar just disappears for some reason but have managed to get this back up and running again with either copying the .dd file or reinstalling!
