If you have updated to XP then it is possible that you are now working with IE7, this could be causing a problem, as you know there are still alot of people out there who have not configured their software for this version of Internet Explorer.
If this is the case then it should be easily remedied with a new download, available here http://www.download.com/3000-2167-10020670.html

I have always used Musicmatch 7 for my Archos Jukebox recorders 10 & 20. Unfortuantely I decided to upgrade to Musicmatch 10. This apparently is not compatible with my jukebox. I have now tried to reload Musicmatch7. The loading seems to progress ok until the end when it says Help/Register/Retrive lost key menu site. However can go passed this and the systems seems to load up alright and my full library appears as normal but when I try to transfer tracks from the library to the playlist only 1 track goes over and the message "the instruction at "OX73dd11c7" referred memory at "0x00000004". The memory could not be read"

but at this moment in time no matter where I go all Im told is that "it's time to move on" which suggests to me the above, a new download and an upgrade on Archos Jukebox.
