Windows Media Connect 2.0

I am looking for Windows Media Connect 2.0.
I know WMP (Windows Media Player) 11 has it embedded, but the player does not play HD video files properly. (They get all choppy, broke up, ect.) WMP 10 is fine with them, and MS support tells me to call them. Total rip off!
Please, don't tell me about WMP11 as you can see, I already know about it.

If you have WMP 11 installed you need to revert it back to WMP 10. (Go to add/remove programs and you should be able to do it)

I'm trying to get Media Connect 2.0 back as well however I am unable to view the web page that was suggested due to an over zealous net nanny in the IT department at my school... (going to have a talk with them on that one.... ) however I would like to get things back how they were ASAP. If any one has a few min and could summarize that page for me I would greatly appreciate it. If there are links PM me and maybe I could get it sent via e-mail? Thanks in advance.
