This FREEware is still easily available from a number of sites. In the about info the author advises that the source code is freely available for download and provides a link in the software. The link http://jupiter.drw.net/matpie/Downloads/TZipSource.zip doesn't work and pb-sys.com is no longer registered.
I'm hoping someone still has a copy of the free source code.

's a shame.. I'm looking for this too... and that last FTP link is only to the program, not the source.
I did find an *old* version of the source (1.0.4, i think) on the wayback machine:

The code is in VB (5 I think), but I'm not sure how much is missing in that old version. It does seem to use zip.exe instead of the zip32.dll included with 2.10.
