Cannot find iPod preferences for iTunes 7.0.2

I have searched the "help" option in iTunes, the help and support for Mac.com, the software support on old apps search, and every clickable in iTunes, but I CANNOT find where I can change my preferences for my iPod so that I can manually add music/misc to my iPod.

I'm going to keep searching while I wait for a reply

This should help. Select ipod from the menu.

Select iTunes > Preferences (Mac) or Edit > Preferences (Windows), then click the Sharing icon to access these preferences.
