I don't know if I am lost or no. I need help recovering or at least downloading folders to my incredimail.

I use windows xp and I updated incredimail last evening during the process below as it said it would recover all information form previous installation and users. it lied.

I changed my email account yesterday and had to shut down my computer because of a thunderstorm.

When I turned it back on incredimail asked for a user log on and password. northing would work. So I did the obvious thing and created a new identity.

Now I cannot download my folders. I can find the messages and such in a user file and folders file that does not list folders.

I tried to do the import thing and it does not but do the new inbox, sent, and junk folders.

How do I get those old folders and/or messages back?
