Hmm, it is true that there are some illegal ID is there. Think like this id 'nQitIRakuDLVfnxHQYjsCMUeowFPXir' ...Is that i valid one! normally the id contains the small latter but the above one has mixed up with both. If you test this id then it will tell you that is a valid one.

Yes, slave, there are still users who uses number based username for their account in yahoo, i think there's a hacking tool for that that will prevent the system (yahoo system) from detecting their user name.

They did somehow prevent robot accounts from filling the room but they still don't have a fix for this type of issues. There are some rumors that some yahoo admins are allowing some people to use those accounts.

I revalued this that there are some good experts who are using yahoo lacking and do the such works which is not possible to remove by the yahoo itself!

I know someone who have been using rare Id or what they call "illegal id". There is a software they use to have those ID. I believe those ID was made when Yahoo is not yet strict in creating ID. But some say that there are people who can make illegal id's...and they call them admin. Then they sell those illegal ID in some websites.
It has been said that some yahoo administrator are closing their eyes with this activity. I am not sure if they are the same admin they are referring to.
