can't uninstall Firefox setup

I downloaded firefox setup 2.0.0.5 to my documents and installed it, Now I am unable to delete the firefox setup ( message says can't delete it's in use by another program or person) Iv'e tried to delete setup in safe mode and can't. I am the only user of this computer XP. Can someone help. Thanks.

Thanks anyway,I searched around the net and found UNLOCKER it unlocked the setup file and I was able to delete it.
