I updated both yahoo and trillian messengers. I've had both for years, and used cable modem through our local cable company for 7 years and had no trouble. When I updated this last time, I found out I can't get online at all on any messengers except AIM. both messengers keep telling me I need dialup to get online. I called my local cable company and the tech told me that it's not them, it's my computer. HELP!
