Another Itunes problem

hey guys. I just got an ipod nano of my mate. It dosent have an itunes disk so i have to install itunes 7.5. I can download it and install it sucessfully to my pc but when i try and open the files it Says ( Itunes has encounted a problem) and says send message to microsoft or dont. I have tried to delete and reinstall but it just wont let me get in itunes. can some one pleas help me im geting real anoyed lol

dude im having nearly the same problem, i think lol, have u tried downloading an older version of itunes?

Try installing iTunes 6.0.5 first and then install the new itunes. If that doesnt help, turn on your computer in a safe mode and then try to install iTunes. That should work.

ohk a retseted my ipod i am using ephpod to transfer my music until i can het itunes. When i play some songs before the start the whole ipos resets
