Try CCleaner OR AML Free Registry Cleaner (www.amlsoft.com) OR Eusing Free Registry Cleaner (Eusing Software).
All of them are FREEWARE.
I used all of them and currently using CCleaner (for junk file cleaning and registry cleaning) and AML Free Registry Cleaner and Satisfied.
