can i please have sum help. i downloaded i tunes for win 2000 installed it all, but it cant find my i pod nanno and it wont sync. thankz

Ipod Nano also requires "Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4 or later, or Windows XP Home or Professional with Service Pack 2 or later" according to apple support page

So you might want to make sure that you have the most recent version of iTunes for Windows 2000 with SP 4(Service Pack 4) installed on your machine as well.
