Help Hotmail picture uploading tool

I recently installed the hotmail picture uploading tool, I disabled it and then deleted it by mistake.

I though no problem cleared my temp internet files and cookies

and when i went back tyo the web site i thought it would let me install it again,

I got back to the site and it just kept saying the browser was trying to use an add on that is disabled but when i go to manage add ons to turn it on i can't

because i deleted it i can't see it in the list to turn it back on ??? HELP!

Yea that tool is pretty worthless. I use photobucket to upload photos and now the Firefox is out so I already said goodbye to useless Internet Explorer.
