upgrade problem

I have MMJB fom years ago. It has a 20 digit key, and a lifetime upgrade number. Now I cannot find how to enter these into the system. If I try to upgrade, I am asked for credit card. What about my lifetime upgrade. I'm 60, but I am still alive.
