Default Upgrade to OS 10.2 or 10.3

I've been searching this forum and on other websites, but I cannot find the answer to a - IMHO not very difficult - question:
I've a Mac running with OS 10.1.5 with 192MB RAM. I know I cannot upgrade to OS10.4 because you need at least 512MB RAM. I've checked the back of the computer and there are two RAM boards inserted over there, of the PC 133U version. So I cannot find two 256MB boards which would give me then 512MB I need for OS 10.4.
So my question is: how much RAM do you need at least to run OS 10.2 or 10.3?

Hi Yorki, I've research this Mac OS X 10.3 System requirements on the net and here are the results.

128 MB RAM (memory) or more for Mac OS X 10.3.9 or earlier.
At least 1.5 GB free hard disk space. Note: For Mac OS X 10.2 or later, 3.0 GB is the recommended minimum. The exact
amount required depends on your computer and how you install Mac OS X (default versus custom installation, for example).
Mac OS 9.1 or later for Classic applications.
