Mac G5 in need of flash?

i cannot seem to get flash player to install.
when i view pages on most any site a little bar pops up on Mozilla saying: install missing plug ins.
i click on it, follow the instructions. and it says installation not working or something. manual install? i click that. i follow the installation guide on the adobe flash player website and it says installation complete, yet sites still have the toolbar popping up?

i have:
MAC OS X
VERSION 10.3.9

it is a dual 1.8 ghz PowerPC G5

what should i do? i really would appreciate being able to watch video files and such again.

Did you try upgrading your Mozilla to a higher version?
